Challenging boulders kept some of the women's favorites out of the final

The final day of the Prague stop of the Boulder World Cup belonged to the women, who took to the stage in the semifinals in front of fans in the early afternoon. The climbers faced a tough challenge.

The greatest difficulty was the final, fourth boulder, which nearly all the climbers struggled to even start. The exception was Natalia Grossman, who was the only one to solve the problem, reaching the top on her third attempt. The 2021 world champion succeeded on three boulders and advanced to the final in first place. Also satisfied are second-place Australian Oceania McKenzie and third-place Naïlé Meignan from France. In contrast, after a strong qualification, Great Britain’s Erin McNeice failed to make it to the six-woman final, finishing in a tie for tenth place. The 17-year-old Jennifer Eucharia Buckley from Slovenia also did not advance.

The women’s final starts at 18:30.
