IFSC Climbing World Cup Prague 2024
This visitor order applies to all visitors to the IFSC Climbing World Cup Prague 2024 climbing competition area, Letenská pláň, 170 00 Prague 7.

Opening hours of the area for the public: Friday 20.09. 8:30 – 21:00, Saturday 21.09. 10:30 – 21:30, Sunday 22.09. 10:30 - 21:30.
Instructions for event visitors:
- All the visitors must respect the organizers' instructions. A security check is carried out at the entrance. If the visitor of the event refuses to cooperate on a security check, then he/she does not have to be allowed into the area.
- Any damaged ticket (even in the form of a wristband) loses its validity, damaged tickets are not exchanged on the spot. The ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Visitors with a valid wristband can leave and re-enter the event area at will.
- Children's height will be checked at the entrance (120, 150 cm), in case of exceeding the specified height, it will be necessary to pay the difference in the ticket price at the ticket office.
- Entry with strollers is possible, with the exception of entry to the grandstand.
- Each visitor enters the area at their own risk. Injuries and damages must be reported to the event organizer immediately.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring glass and plastic containers, cans, food, sprays, weapons, objects and substances dangerous to health, alcoholic, addictive and narcotic substances into the premises. No entry with animals. A maximum of 0.5 litres of plain water per person is allowed.
- Prohibition of entry to persons heavily intoxicated or under the influence of narcotic or psychotropic substances.
- Visitors to the venue are obliged to behave in the premises of the event in such a way that their actions do not endanger the safety or health of third parties and/or their property, as well as the property and equipment located in the premises of the event, and further they do not restrict or threaten other visitors with their behaviour.
- Visitors to the event upon entering the area must respect the visitor regulations, fire regulations and follow the instructions of the organizing service. Visitors are obliged to follow the instructions and regulations of the organizer, security personnel and components of the integrated rescue system.
- Every person in the area acknowledges that it is forbidden to enter behind any fencing, warning tape or other types of barriers located in the event area. In case of violation of this prohibition, the organizer is not responsible for any damage to property or health caused as a result of this violation.
- Any person who notices a defect or a source of risk threatening the safety of persons in the area or on the equipment located there is obliged to immediately report this defect to the organizing service.
- By entering the event, visitors agree to the taking of photographs and audio and video recordings of their person. These photos, sound and audio-visual recordings can be used by the organizer for any advertising, promotional and similar purposes, free of charge. - With respect to ensuring fire protection, all persons are particularly obliged to:
- Act in such a way as to prevent the occurrence and/or spread of fire;
- Respect the ban on making and handling open flames, lighting and/or setting off any pyrotechnics in the premises of the event and its vicinity;
- If a fire is detected, proceed in accordance with the local fire alarm directive
- Respect the prohibition on smoking in marked areas/places.
